About Our Products
| What material are your products made from? |
All our products are 3D printed using premium PLA (Polylactic Acid) — a plant-based, eco-friendly, and biodegradable material. It's durable, lightweight, and safe for indoor use. |
| Are the products strong and durable? |
Yes! PLA is robust and suitable for everyday home use. We recommend keeping products away from prolonged direct sunlight and temperatures above 60°C. |
| What colour are the products? |
Most products come in matte white as standard. For a custom colour, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate. |
| Are products exactly as shown in photos? |
Since every item is printed to order, there may be very minor variations — but the design, dimensions, and finish will match what you see. |
Shipping & Delivery
| How long does delivery take? |
Each product is printed to order. Allow 3–5 business days for production + 2–3 business days for delivery. Total: approximately 5–8 business days. |
| What are your shipping charges? |
Within Mumbai: ₹90 | Within Maharashtra: ₹120 | Rest of India: ₹180 |
| Do you ship pan-India? |
Yes! We ship across India via trusted courier partners. |
Returns & Refunds
| What is your return policy? |
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or defective. Email us at hello@3tins.in with photos of the issue. |
| Can I cancel my order? |
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as production begins shortly after. Contact us immediately at hello@3tins.in. |
